Classes
Art classes are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2 Smith Art Gallery located in Historic Downtown Duluth. Have fun learning to paint with Pam and Larry Smith. Together they make a dynamic teaching team, to help maximize your painting experience. Larry’s specialty is landscapes, color theory, brush and palette knives techniques and playing music. He teaches both oil and acrylic painting. Pam is known for her patient ability to teach others how to create beautiful oil portraits (plus she bakes cookies and makes a mean spinach dip). Pam and Larry compliment each other. They bring strong teaching understanding to the studio/classroom, while fostering an encouraging learning environment. Classes are well suited to the beginner and to the experienced painter who is looking to improve their painting skills.
